- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are processed after 30 days, but refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your wig or product.
- Digital Products: All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all packaging intact.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds or returns, including:
- Digital products (e.g., downloadable guides or online courses).
- Gift cards or store vouchers.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.
- Sale or discounted items.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected, and you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed and issued to the original payment method within 30 days.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:
- Items are returned with signs of use or damage.
- Items are returned more than 30 days after delivery (subject to approval).
Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error was made on our end.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Exchanges
